This application is for a resident fellow or trainee who has completed at least two years of post-doctoral training and is continuing in a full-time training status which includes gastrointestinal endoscopy under the supervision of a member of the Society or an instructor whose endoscopic credential are acceptable to the Membership Committee. Membership period is July 1 – June 30. Annual dues for following year will be prorated based on acceptance date.
