Learn the latest developments in gastrointestinal endoscopy while  interacting with an internationally renowned faculty.
Presentations include video demonstrations, case-based  presentations, didactic lectures, panel discussions and debates on some of the controversial areas in endoscopic therapy. Common issues encountered daily in your practice, such as quality colonoscopy and removal of defiant polyps, will be discussed. Breakout sessions will allow attendees a choice of topics and interaction with faculty in smaller groups. ESD Hands-On Workshop

The ESD Hands-on Workshop is a two-and-a-half hour course intended for those who seek hands-on experience in endoscopic submucosal dissection. Faculty consists of the leading authorities worldwide in this technique. (Maximum of 40 attendees.)

The Senior Fellows Hands‑On Workshop  is intended for second- and third-year fellows going into practice, and will provide a three-hour long updated review of hands‑on skills.

ASGE World Cup of Endoscopy

Tuesday, May 19, 1-3 p.m.
ASGE's fifth annual World Cup of Endoscopy will feature leading videos representing different countries. All selected videos will be presented and scored by a panel of international judges live at DDW!


ASGE Fellows Networking Session

Saturday, May 16, 5-6 p.m.
This session offers trainees an opportunity to network with ASGE leaders and discuss topics specifically of interest to trainees.


ASGE International Sessions

Societies from China, India, Japan, Korea and Latin America will be showcasing their endoscopic advances during jointly sponsored sessions with ASGE at DDW 2015. This is your opportunity to learn about other countries' advancements in the field through didactic presentations and open discussions.

ASGE Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Course  NEW!

Tuesday, May 19, 12:30 - 2:30 p.m.
Session Fee: $150
This live self-assessment course has been designed around ASGE's GESAP content to provide registrants with the opportunity to benchmark their medical knowledge in endoscopy-related topics against competence standards as determined by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). This two-hour course has been approved for ABIM MOC Points and will utilize audience response technology to test your knowledge in real-time.


ASGE Learning Center

Saturday, May 16-Monday, May 18, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Tuesday, May 19, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
The ASGE Learning Center is a dynamic, interactive educational resource that provides DDW attendees the opportunity to:

  • View videos from ASGE's complete endoscopic learning library, including newly commissioned DVDs and winners of the 2015 ASGE Audiovisual Award.  
  • Attend hands-on endoscopic demonstrations.
  • Earn CME for free.  

Senior Fellows Update NEW!

Saturday, May 16, 2-3:30 p.m.
Second-and third-year fellows are invited to this session for an updated review of topics including EMR, anorectal disease, "on‑call" emergencies, chromoendoscopy, dilation and tricks and tips in colonoscopy.

Hosted by ASGE and the ASGE Foundation, this awe-inspiring evening will recognize this year's honorees' remarkable achievements and significant contributions to the profession and the Society in a welcoming educational setting.
