The ASGE Annual Postgraduate Course will focus on the evolving trends in endoscopic oncology that will highlight the importance of multidisciplinary and personalized care of patients with GI cancer and how to integrate that into your practice. Topics to be covered will include the diagnosis, management, treatment and surveillance options for patients with cancerous or pre-cancerous conditions in an era of precision medicine. Video based case discussions with a multi-disciplinary panel of experts will be utilized to illustrate clinical challenges. Registration fee includes syllabus and continental breakfast. ASGE Presidential Plenary

Monday, May 23, 2:00–3:30 p.m.

ASGE’s Plenary Session will feature a combination of the latest, most novel and innovative research in GI endoscopy, featuring two distinguished lectures from world-renowned experts to illuminate the future for endoscopic research and clinical practice. ASGE President Douglas O. Faigel, MD, FASGE will deliver the ASGE 2016 Presidential Address.

ASGE Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Course dollar

Tuesday, May 24, 3:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m.

This live self-assessment course has been designed around ASGE’s GESAP content to provide registrants with the opportunity to benchmark their medical knowledge on endoscopy-related topics against competence standards as determined by the ABIM. This two-hour course has been approved for ABIM MOC Points and will utilize audience response technology to test your knowledge in real-time.

ASGE’s sixth annual World Cup of Endoscopy will feature leading videos representing different countries from around the world. All selected videos will be presented and scored by a panel of international judges live at DDW! view 2015 video highlights 

Senior Fellows Hands-On Workshop dollar

Monday, May 23, 8:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.

This hands-on course is intended for second and third year fellows going into practice and will provide a three hour updated review of hands-on skills.

Challenging Cases in Capsule Endoscopy dollar

Tuesday, May 24, 11:45 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

This case-based session is intended to assist current practitioners in advancing their skills in capsule endoscopy. Lunch is included with your registration.

ASGE Fellows Networking Session

Saturday, May 21, 5:00 pm–6:00 p.m.

Senior Fellows Update

Saturday, May 21, 2:00 p.m.–3:30 p.m.

Second and third year fellows are invited to this session for an updated review of topics including essential  esophageal therapies, using chromoendoscopy, anorectal disease, bleeding perforations and when to call for help, and tricks and tips in colonoscopy and polypectomy. ASGE Store and Learning Center

The ASGE Store and Learning Center are the places at DDW to learn about and purchase ASGE products.
