Endoscopy in the Americas — What's at the Cutting Edge

The upcoming SIED-ASGE Postgraduate Course,Endoscopy in the Americas — What's at the Cutting Edge, reflects efforts of both societies to unite experts from the Americas, Europe and Asia, and will present cutting-edge topics, techniques and technologies in gastrointestinal endoscopy.

Endoscopy in the Americas

This first-ever joint course will be divided into segments that will conclude with a question-and-answer session, allowing participants to interact with expert faculty. Simultaneous Spanish-English translation will take place throughout the course, allowing attendees to understand the details of all presentations. This one and a half day endoscopy course will feature an extensive review of many of the "hot topics" in GI by world-renowned faculty.


The course will provide attendees the ability to:


  • Learn and apply new endoscopy technologies to their daily practice Evaluate the latest endoscopic techniques for diagnosing and treating a wide range of digestive conditions
  • Share their knowledge with the continent's experts Review state-of-the-art techniques for managing common illnesses

ASGE's Traveling Learning Center will also be available during the entire Panamanian Congress. Attendees will have the opportunity to preview many of the Society's popular Endoscopic Learning Library DVDs, sign up for ASGE membership and gather information about ASGE activities.
