The ASGE Annual Postgraduate Course will feature didactic, interactive and video-based discussions from internationally renowned experts on the approach to common clinical challenges and controversies related to gastrointestinal endoscopy. Novel techniques and technologies will be discussed in the context of what is applicable and useful in everyday endoscopy practice, and then demonstrated in real time via transmission from the animate lab at the ASGE IT&T. A variety of gastrointestinal conditions will be discussed, including Barrett's esophagus, luminal neoplasia, gastrointestinal bleeding, colon polyps, pancreaticobiliary diseases, and endoscopic complications. Join your colleagues for a day of excellent, state-of-the-art presentations on providing the best care for your patient in the context of endoscopic practice.

Advanced Capsule Endoscopy Session
Tuesday, May 6, Noon-2 p.m.
This two hour, case based session was designed to enhance the skills of experienced capsule endoscopists and will include updates on reading practices, new software and capsules, issues related to localization of lesions and the interplay of capsule endoscopy and deep enteroscopy. Challenging cases will be presented that demonstrate and clarify some of the difficult interpretive aspects of capsule endoscopy.
ASGE/AGA Joint Presidential Plenary Session
Sunday, May 4, 2014, 1:30–5 p.m.
Arie Crown Theatre, McCormick Place
ASGE and AGA will present the most novel and innovative research in gastroenterology and GI endoscopy at this collaborative session. Both societies have scheduled their postgraduate courses and other DDW programming around this new session to help attendees stay up-to-date with the latest research without missing other educational opportunities.

ASGE Endoscopic Video Forum
Tuesday, May 6, 8 a.m.-noon
The 18th Annual Video Forum represents the largest collection of high-quality, cutting-edge, fully edited endoscopic video footage presented at DDW. These peer-reviewed videos will demonstrate the most innovative endoscopic techniques and unusual cases from around the world. International endoscopy experts will moderate the Forum, which will highlight 20 videos selected from over 113 countries.
ASGE World Cup of Endoscopy
Tuesday, May 6, 1-3 p.m.
ASGE’s Fourth Annual World Cup of Endoscopy will feature leading videos representing different countries. All selected videos will be presented and scored by a panel of international judges live at DDW. This year the World Cup of Endoscopy will feature nine videos from 9 different countries.!
ASGE Fellows Networking Session
Saturday, May 3, 5-6 p.m.
This one hour event will be held in the ASGE Learning Center, located in the South Hall of McCormick Place. This session offers trainees an opportunity to network with ASGE board and committee members to discuss topics specifically of interest to trainees.
In the past, participants have found this event to informative and enjoyed the opportunity to network with leaders of the Society. Again, registration is limited! Don’t miss this unique opportunity!
