EndoFest® Registration Information

 

EndoFest registration includes access to all general sessions, two hands-on sessions, as well as the exhibits, learning center, Friday's reception, and breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday. All participants must be registrants of EndoFest (overall conference fee) to register for the add-on courses. 

 

Registrations received on or before August 4, 2016 will receive the early bird discount.

 

  • Registration online: ASGE strongly recommends that you register online.  If you register online, your spot  in each session will be automatically  reserved. Register online at www.asge.org/endofest

 

Other options for registration are listed  below. Please note that space is limited in hands-on sessions and your registration in each session can only be confirmed  upon receipt of your

registration  form and payment. You will be sent a confirmation  once your registration has been received  and processed.

In compliance with ACCME guidelines, industry representatives may not participate in hands-on training or ask questions during a CME course.

Cancellation and Change Policy 

ASGE plans its hands-on sessions and related supplies for EndoFest based on registration.  For that reason, requests for refunds of any kind must be received in writing no later than Friday, August 12, 2016 to membership@asge.org.  Refunds requested before this date will be subject to an administrative fee of $100. Refunds will not be issued after August 19, 2016.  Attendee substitutions are permitted with ASGE authorization. ASGE has the right to cancel a program at any time at its discretion.

Hotel Information 

Registration for EndoFest sessions is limited. Please do not reserve your overnight accommodations or make airline reservations until you have received a formal confirmation of registration from the ASGE office.

ASGE has arranged a room block for this course at $139 per night plus resort fee, applicable state and local taxes.
