Registration for EndoFest sessions is limited. Please do not reserve your overnight accommodations or make airline reservations until you have received a formal confirmation of registration from the ASGE office.

ASGE has arranged a room block for this course at $169 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees. This discount is only valid if the reservation is made before August 27, 2013. Cancellation and Change Policy
ASGE plans its hands-on sessions and related supplies for EndoFest based on registration. For that reason, requests for refunds of any kind must be received in writing no later than Friday, August 23, 2013 to education@asge.org. Refunds requested before this date will be subject to an administrative fee of $100. Refunds will not be issued after August 30, 2013. Attendee substitutions are permitted with ASGE authorization. ASGE has the right to cancel a program at any time at its discretion.
If you would like to add, subtract or change specific sessions in your EndoFest itinerary, please call Customer Care at 630-573-0600. Changes may be accommodated if space is available.

Registration Information
All EndoFest registrants will have access to all general sessions, scientific sessions, exhibits, learning center, two receptions and Saturday lunch. The postgraduate course and hands-on sessions have an additional fee. Participants may only register for hands-on sessions if registered for EndoFest. Participants may register for the postgraduate course only. Registrations received before Tuesday, August 6, will receive the early bird discount.
