ASGE's signature event is designed to provide a weekend of intensive, interactive education for endoscopy practitioners. This course uses smaller-group formats to encourage meaningful, interactive discussions and hands-on demonstrations with world-renowned expert faculty. 

Addressing "everything endoscopy," EndoFest features two full days of didactic and hands-on sessions on colonoscopy, stents, clipping, suturing, EMR, ESD, EUS, ERCP, imaging, emergencies, complications and more. 


EndoFest 2013 will include the following highlights:  

  • ASGE Postgraduate Course at EndoFest®: "Winning Strategies for the GI Consultant" featuring a Rapid Fire GI Journal Club.
  • Customized "Ask the Expert" hands-on sessions allowing participants dedicated time on specific cutting-edge techniques with expert faculty members.
  • Video Forum featuring the latest ultimate endoscopy videos.
  • Interactive discussion format throughout EndoFest featuring unknown video cases. 

A complete didactic and scientific program is included with EndoFest registration, and participants can choose the additional hands-on sessions that meet their needs. ASGE will also present its Learning Center, where participants can view the latest and most popular educational DVDs from the ASGE Endoscopic Learning Library in their entirety for free, and earn additional CME. Also take advantage of the extensive exhibit area, with the latest technologies and devices.

Who Should Attend?

EndoFest is designed for all physicians and health care providers involved with practicing endoscopy including GI physicians, surgeons, nurses, technicians and other members of the health care team.

Earn Continuing Medical Education Credits

The American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

ASGE designates this live activity for a maximum of 20 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (including the postgraduate course). Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

The postgraduate course will offer 6 CME credits, and EndoFest will offer 14. Additional credit may be claimed separately for viewing DVDs through the ASGE Learning Center on site.

All nurse participants will receive a certificate of attendance specifying hours of education accredited for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. This certificate can be used toward nursing requirements.


General Information and Continuing Education for Nurses

All participants must be registrants of EndoFest (overall conference fee) to register for hands-on sessions. This fee includes access to all general sessions and didactic breakout sessions, as well as the exhibits, learning center, two receptions and lunch on Saturday.

ASGE’s signature event will feature two full days of multiple simultaneous sessions highlighting the latest research, skills and technologies in the practice of endoscopy. Didactic and hands-on sessions will address “everything endoscopy” including colonoscopy, enteroscopy, clipping, suturing, stenting, acute and obscure GI Bleeding, sedation, feeding tubes, EMR/ESD, ERCP, complications, strictures and more.

Cancellation and Change Policy
ASGE plans its hands-on sessions and related supplies for EndoFest based on registration.  For that reason, requests for refunds of any kind must be received in writing no later than Friday, August 24, 2012 to education@asge.org.  Refunds requested before this date will be subject to an administrative fee of $100. Refunds will not be issued after August 24, 2012.  Attendee substitutions are permitted with ASGE authorization. ASGE has the right to cancel a program at any time at its discretion.
