Colonoscopy prevents cancer Safe during pandemic High risk groups Early age onset Expanding access Most efficient test Community outreach challenge

The Value of Colonoscopy (VOC) Community Outreach Challenge invites all GI facilities to promote the value of colonoscopy at the grassroots level by deploying VOC tools and resources aimed at increasing referrals for screening colonoscopy and colonoscopy post positive FIT DNA or FIT test and by monitoring conversion rates between referrals and completed colonoscopy. The results from this challenge will support efforts to better understand the usage of appropriate screening tests. This project can also qualify as a quality improvement project for application to the Endoscopy Unit Recognition Program and for obtaining achievement points for the CMS Merit-based Incentive Payment System, with minimum of 3-month data collection.

It is easy to participate. Access the VOC Community Outreach Challenge toolkit to get started.
