Dr. Patel is an Advanced Endoscopist in Academic Gastroenterology for the past 15 years. He has trained countless fellows in routine and therapeutic endoscopy. His clinical interests include interventional EUS and anti-reflux endoscopic treatments. He is currently Vice-Chief of Clinical Affairs for Gastroenterology at Baylor College of Medicine. He is co-founder and President of Texas Interventional Endoscopy Group, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to endoscopy education.
