Dr. Marvin Ryou is an advanced gastroenterologist at Brigham & Women's Hospital and Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He received his M.D. degree from Harvard Medical School. Subsequently, Dr. Ryou completed his internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital, followed by his advanced endoscopy fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital / Brigham & Women's Hospital (combined program). His research focuses on the development of novel endoscopic devices and procedures, and he has published over 100 original research papers in the field. He is the Chair of the ASGE Endo-Hepatology Special Interest Group (SIG).
