President’s Award

Alessandro Repici, MD

"I am deeply honored and grateful to receive the President’s Award at the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Crystal Awards. I have been an ASGE member for more than 25 years and this award is an inspiration to continue advancing the field of gastrointestinal endoscopy with renewed dedication.

ASGE has been my North Star across my long journey in endoscopy, and I have attended many Crystal Awards since I was a fellow at St. Micheal in Toronto. This is a dream come true since I would never wish a higher achievement than being recognized by the Society which has been home for me and my practice.

I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to the ASGE for this prestigious acknowledgement. This award is a testament to the collaborative spirit and support of my colleagues and mentors, whose guidance has been invaluable throughout my career.

To be recognized by such a respected organization in the presence of esteemed peers is a humbling experience that reaffirms my commitment to excellence in endoscopic innovation and patient care. Thank you to everyone who has supported me in this journey."
