Taisuke Fujita
Industry Service Award

Taisuke Fujita

“To me, this distinguished award is not only about past achievements Fujifilm has made and what we have contributed thus far to the advancement of endoscopic care, but also an expression of expectation for Fujifilm's continued contributions to the market going forward. We are incredibly honored, and our team is fully committed to forging contributions to the market through ingenuity, customer partnership, and continued endoscopic technology innovation and evolution.

By partnering with endoscopists and other industry leaders to develop and deliver state-of-the-art endoscopic imaging and supporting technologies, it is very humbling to think how we play a vital role in supporting the transformation of patient care and quality of life across the U.S., and around the world.

At Fujifilm, we are grateful to partner with globally-renown physicians, ASGE, and many others who trust in us and our abilities to enable these advancements through endoscopic innovations in technology and service.

In many ways, we believe we are still at the beginning stages of what we are able to accomplish and contribute to the advancement of endoscopic patient care. From enhancing capabilities during routine procedures to empowering advancements in Third Space, Endohepatology, endobariatrics, small bowel exploration, and much more, we look forward to a future where these types of noninvasive procedures become the standard of care for GI diseases and conditions.

Across the spectrum, Fujifilm will be leading the way in endoscopic imaging innovation."

As Vice President and General Manager of the U.S. Endoscopy Division at FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation, Tai Fujita has been successfully leading high-performing teams focused on driving the business, market development, sales, repair, and customer service strategies and results performance since 2018.  In that time, the company has introduced more than 30 new, innovative, and differentiated endoscopic technologies to the U.S. market that are leading endoscopic imaging advancements, empowering physician techniques, and positively impacting patient care and outcomes.

With more than 20 years’ experience with Fujifilm and its technologies, Tai has been the driving force in consistently accomplishing impressive year-over-year revenue growth and steadily increasing market share in hospital systems, academic medical systems, and ASCs across the country.  Tai continually fosters endoscopic practice advancements, leading cross-functional teams to consistently deliver industry-proven service and support for Fujifilm customers and strengthen customer and industry partnerships.
