The International Trainee membership category is for medical/surgical residents, gastroenterology fellows or trainees residing outside of the United States, and the applicant’s training director is required to complete a trainee endorsement form on the applicant’s behalf.

Full requirements are found in the ASGE Bylaws.

The membership review process takes approximately four to six weeks. During this period, candidates are granted provisional member benefits.
