ASGE has joined 125 national and state medical societies on a letter to congressional leaders asking for expeditious legislative action on the “Improving Seniors’ Timely Access to Care Act” (H.R. 3514/ S. 1816) which would help ensure that Medicare Advantage enrollees can access timely access to care by streamlining and modernizing prior authorization processes.
It is important that congressional lawmakers continue to hear from their constituents that the bill, which is endorsed by more than 300 organizations, should be included in any upcoming legislative package.
