This program is created specifically for second and third-year GI fellows to provide critical clinical and non-clinical insights not covered during traditional fellowship training. We’ll wrap up by helping you create a personalized roadmap for your early career by prioritizing your goals, knowing the right questions to ask, involving your support network and ultimately, trusting your instincts to choose the path that’s right for you.

Participants will be able to:

  • Identify professional and flexible approaches to employment options, knowing the right questions to ask, how to assess DEI related topics while responding to inquiries from future employers
  • Experience more detailed hands-on training that you might have only touched upon in your formal training as of current date (e.g. EMR, Suturing, Enteral stents, management of GI Bleeding, and various Balloons)
